We have an amazing lineup of experienced professionals and grassroots leaders who will inspire and challenge, adding substance and important perspective to the system transformation discussions going on right now.
We will start the morning with Sharon Gary-Smith as our opening keynote. As the new executive Director of the McKenzie River Gathering Foundation, in addition to her lifelong passion working with and for people with mental illness, Ms. Gary Smith brings a fierce call for social justice and caring about what we hold in common.
Breakout sessions topics confirmed so far include: musicians and access to health care, update on system transformation, environmental health, building effective coalitions, health equity, end-of-life decision making, single payer in relation to reform, and biking in Portland.
